A certificate is cool.File system with the UTF8? can not works,How can sport is function?
What is the problem with UTF-8? Running the examples on Linux I can see no problems with filenames containing UTF-8 encoded characters.
On windows platform ,brows the GB2312,This file name which use use GB2312 chiness ,can not down load or browes.
Ok I see the problem. Here (https://libiec61850.net/libiec61850/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/file_provider_win32.c) you can find a version of the windows file provider using wide char functions and utf-8 conversion.
